[QGIS-Developer] Qml/Quick bundling

Hmm. I suppose I could bundle at least qml plugins that match Qt frameworks. Plus others like Charts that make sense. Or all of them, there's not much by file size.
I don't know about not being accessible. I was looking at qt.conf possibilities to fix an old crashing problem and found Google Earth's qt.conf that sets the qml path (Qml2Imports and Imports).
