[QGIS-Developer] Python access to nodes selected with the node tool (digitizing)

Hi,

A wanted to know if, using Python, ilone can access and manipulate the list
of selected nodes/vertex, which have been selected using the node tool
(digitising toolbar)

My objective would be to change the selected nodes x, y, z values.
