[QGIS-Developer] Migrating plugins.qgis.org to new server

Hi All

Just an update quickly from our side….we had some problems with the switch over so have left the old site running for now. We will try again tomorrow and post a similar notice before we do the witch over. Please resume uploading your plugins for now.
