[QGIS-Developer] How to get animation_datetime()

Hi Nyall,

Thanks for clarifying - I confirm that @map_start_time and @map_end_time 
where the values I was looking for!

I think we need a blog post or general introduction (preferably in the 
QGIS manual) to decribe all the concepts of the temporal framework.

Something for 3.16 documentation ...
