[QGIS-Developer] Heads up: Qt dropping support for Win 7 for Qt 6.

Hi list,

Just a quick warning in advance: Qt upstream has decided to drop
support for Windows 7 with the next release of Qt [1]. It's the right
move, given that Windows 7 is EOL and no longer supported by
Microsoft, but it will affect QGIS users in the future.

It's unlikely to have a huge impact on our users, but it is something
to keep in mind if you're responsible for large government
organisation deployments, and they're still planning on sticking with
Win 7 for the foreseeable future!
