[QGIS-Developer] GeoPDF not available with GDAL 3.0.4

Hi Matteo, 

if the output of 

gdalinfo --formats | grep -i pdf

doesn't read like  

 PDF -raster,vector- (rw+vs): Geospatial PDF 

then yes, you'd need to compile GDAL/OGR yourself.
