By the way I was intending to do the feature halves on the day after feature freeze (Time until freeze 2020-05-15 12:00:00 UTC 12d 20h 26m) - if that is ok. If you want to populate your own specific features in the meantime it is probably fine to do so - I have created the 3.14 version on the changelog site here:
