[QGIS-Developer] icons for temporal controller

Hi Alexandre,

I agree with your words, but this media-model does not fully map to the
timemanager model OR it kind of does and then the icons fit:

'>|' now IS go to next video/chapter (in anology of a time step to a
song/chapter'.

If you want  |< and >| as "go to start or full end",
you only have << and >> as "do one time step", so this does in my view
not fit the 'fast forward/backward' analogy from media.

That is why I think Samweli's proposal to add a pipe-symbol ('|') to the
fastforward to end and start: '<<' and '>>' as a best fitting proposal:
'|<<' and '>>|'.
