[QGIS-Developer] QGIS 3.12.3 standalone installers for Windows not downloadable

The standalone installers of QGIS 3.12.3 for Windows are not downloadable
from the QGIS Web Page.

Either clicking on "QGIS Standalone Installer Version 3.12 (64 bit)" or
"QGIS Standalone Installer Version 3.12 (32 bit)" generates a: 404 Not Found

The problem is that the links point to nonexistent QGIS 3.12.3-2:
QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.12.3-2-Setup-x86_64.exe and
https://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.12.3-2-Setup-x86.exe

On the servers there is only QGIS 3.12.3-1:
QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.12.3-1-Setup-x86_64.exe and
https://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.12.3-1-Setup-x86.exe
