[QGIS-Developer] Needs help to fix Travis CI reports for docs

Hi all,

This is a request to fix an annoying bug we are having with Travis in docs
repo for almost a month. Pull-requests are sometimes reported as failing
while they shouldn't; restarting the build usually fixes it. I have opened
a report at https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/issues/5398 but it
does not seem to get attention so I wanted to bring it to your attention ;)
