[QGIS-Developer] gdal 3.1 in OSGeo4W/QGIS 3.14?

Hi,

I can't find gdal 3.1 in OSGeo4W, but only gdal 3.04 and 3.2 (gdal-dev).
QGIS master depends on gdal-dev (3.2), but since QGIS 3.14 supposed to be
released in less then a month, won't it make sense to test it against gdal
3.1 as gdal 3.2 won't be released before QGIS 3.14?
