[QGIS-Developer] GEOS issues/improvements

Hi QGIS devs,

As you may have heard/may know, Sandro Santilli (alias strk) is also
contributing to GEOS and QGIS bug fixing. So far, he addressed everything
that we told him to look into.

Do you have any additional GEOS issues that you want him to look into? He
would still be available.
