[QGIS-Developer] What happened to pywin32?

I just upgraded from QGIS 3.10.8 to 3.10.11 and noticed that pywin32 is no
longer available. I develop a plugin for a client that uses win32clipboard
from pywin32 and would really rather not have the customer go through the
effort of installing it separately.

 

Any chance of getting it back, seeing how it is available in 3.10.8?
