Did the machines/ip's change? Because I cannot log in into plugins.qgis.org

https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml?qgis=3.17 (for those running master (main?)) still has a 404.

But I thought to start with a redirect fro 317 ->316 or so if that is easier.
But I connot login on that machine.. Or am I banned because I tried to many times?
Anybody else can login?
