[QGIS-Developer] API export and ui files

Hi devs,

I wonder about gui API and installed ui files. There are a lot of inclusion
of "ui_*.h" in the export GUI header files  that are not in the installed
include dir.
So when using the API for standalone applications with only the installed
header files, there are issues because missing files.
Maybe I have missed something, but maybe all "ui_*.h" files that are in the
export headers have to be also in the installed include dir, no?
