[QGIS-Developer] new plugin not showing up

Hi all,
I uploaded a new plugin yesterday ([2289] Potential Slope Failure for processing) which quickly got approved (thanks) but it does not show up in "Manage and Install Plugins" in QGIS.

Any ideas what might have happened or what I have done wrong?
