[QGIS-Developer] 3.18 in osgeo4w installer

Dear Devs,

 

I have found that there is no possibility to upgrade QGIS Desktop to 3.18
via network installer on Windows. I can upgrade LTR to 3.16.4-1 but regular
QGIS is 3.16.3-1 available only.
