[QGIS-Developer] Travis failing in QGIS-Documentation

Hi,
It seems that something is broken in building the "custom widgets qt
creator plugin" and that our CI didn't detect that.
Part 1 : make sure this doesn't happen again. The ci builds now with
customwidgets: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/40929
Part 2 : fix the build
