[QGIS-Developer] problems debugging tests (and most other targets) with Qt-Creator

Hi Even,

I removed all the build directory and rebuilt QGIS from scratch but the
problem remains :/

Fun thing is that I can actually step-debug the main qgis application but
not a simple test (or the server binary).
