[QGIS-Developer] OSGeo4W v2 Network Installer QGIS/GRASS issue

Hi,
new package versions (3.16.8-2 and 3.20.0-2) fixed the problem with
GRASS not working in QGIS.
The issue is also discussed here https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/43844
