[QGIS-Developer] QGIS Server: getPrint fails with unsupported 64-bit blend attempt

Hi All

Has anyone else encountered an issue with QGIS server getPrint requests
like this:

qgis-server_1  | blend_src_generic_rgb64: unsupported 64-bit blend attempted

My getPrint request produces a PNG with parts of the layout incuding
(including ironically the one thing that does have an inner shadow render
effect on it).
