Hi Etienne

Could I ask you to add your notes to
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/wiki/Changelog-Workflows too?

Maybe we need to move or link to those docs from somewhere more visible
too? Perhaps in the PR boilerplate instructions if they are not already
there?
