[QGIS-Developer] SIP generated PEP 484 type hints stub files are removed on installation

Hi,

On linux, after compiling QGIS, the python file has some *.pyi files
generated by SIP. They are PEP 484 type stub files, and it seems that they
are useful for code completion for python bindings (at least on visual code
studio using pylance).

Nevertheless, they don't seem to be copied in the installation step. Any
idea why? Is there a place where one can control which files are copied
over during the installation and which files are ignored?

I would like to propose to keep the pyi file as they are not that big.
