[QGIS-Developer] QGIS-Documentation fails to build

[Delaz J]

Hi,

The doctest is again failing, actually aborted by GitHub after 6 hours 
(it used to take <5mn). Began yesterday.

 From what I can see, it's struggling to connect and download to the 
qgis docker image. See

Any help appreciated.
