[QGIS-Developer] URGENT AS CAN BE: QGIS 3.16.12 and sip 6?

I've updated the qgis and qgis-ltr packages to the latest versions 
available in the OSGeo4W v2 repository (qgis 3.22.0-4 2021-Nov-03 16:55 
and qgis-ltr 3.16.12-4 2021-Nov-03 14:58): the issue no longer occurs 
with QGIS 3.22.0, while it still occurs with 3.16.12.
