[QGIS-Developer] URGENT AS CAN BE: QGIS 3.16.12 and sip 6?

Hi everyone,

I am on Linux with sip 6.4.0 and a freshly built QGIS *master* 
(97b288dceef) freezes with 100% of a CPU core if I use GDAL contour in a 
modeller, which according https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/45685 
would be part of this issue.

If this is PEBKAC and I should use sip 4, please excuse my mail, but 
from what I read I got the impression that any sip should work now. Of 
course I am not really sure if this freeze is exactly this issue...
