[QGIS-Developer] QEP: Unification of all geometric and topological verification methods

Hello everyone,

As I haven't sent mail in this list, yet, I quickly introduce myself. 
I'm Antoine Facchini (@Koyaani), I  have almost finished my studies, I'm 
doing my last internship. I joined Oslandia as a C++ / Python developer 
4 months ago. Since, I contributed to QGIS with a few PRs.

So, today, I send you a mail to announce that with Loïc Bartoletti 
(@lbartoletti), we open a new QEP: Unification of all geometric and 
topological verification methods. You can read it at
