I just pulled 3.22 changelog into the website:

Please check for small fixes and fix in rst:

@Harrissou: I did some manual rewriting of feature->bugfix, I hope you are happy with it.

Please remind me to upload the new strings in upcoming days, if I forget.

@Anita: do you have time to create a 3.22 banner?
