[QGIS-Developer] QGIS 3.16.12 Compilation error in Window 10

Hi,
I am getting the following error during compilation

"Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error MSB3491 Could not write lines to file
"x64\RelWithDebInfo\zzz-db_manager-3-depend\zzz-db_m.E01E603D.tlog\zzz-db_manager-3-depend.lastbuildstate".
The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified
file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be
less than 248 characters. zzz-db_manager-3-depend C:\Program Files
(x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V140\Microsoft.CppBuild.targets 312 "

Any help in this regard.
