[QGIS-Developer] Maximize buttons are available on attribute form dialogs in Linux, but not on Windows

Hi,

I noticed that attribute form dialogs show "maximize" buttons on Linux 
(KDE), but not on Windows. Is there any idea why that could be? Is this 
a setting, a Qt on Windows limitation, or could something be done in the 
code or in packaging?
