[QGIS-Developer] Switching to KDE fork of Qt for Windows builds?

Well, depends on your point of view.  It's a long task at least - building will
take ages.  But if it just contains patches, then there's probably much more
patience required than actual work.  And I guess it wouldn't require rebuilds
of reverse dependencies (like qtwebkit to name the heaviest one).
