[QGIS-Developer] Build error Visual Studio 2019

Hi, I am building Qgis3.22 on Visual Studio 2019 and generate project using
cmake-gui because configur.bat showing errors.
Now my build fails at three projects

provider_postgres_gui_a.vcxproj
provider_arcgisfeatureserver.vcxproj
3.provider_spatiallite.vcxproj

And in Solution explorer showing unloaded in from of these.
‎
The error is MSB4035 The required attribute "Include" is empty or missing
from the element<CustomeBuild>.
‎
Any help.
