[QGIS-Developer] pyqgis labelling settings

This should work when working with SingleLabels

layer = iface.activeLayer()
settings = layer.labeling().settings()
textFormat = settings.format()
textFormat.setSize(20);
settings.setFormat(textFormat)
layer.labeling().setSettings(settings)
