[QGIS-Developer] QGIS builds source for qtwebkit?

Are we (actually Jürgen) building qtwebkit from source? what is the source that is being used. At conda-forge we were using the link below, which was removed from qt.io <http://qt.io> site.

We found this:

https://github.com/movableink/webkit/releases <https://github.com/movableink/webkit/releases>

But I wanted to confirm if the official builds use the source from other place.
