[QGIS-Developer] PyQGIS icons cheatsheet

Hello,

Just to publicize a side-project that I've been working on recently: 
https://pyqgis-icons-cheatsheet.geotribu.fr/.

A website to list and preview icons shipped with QGIS. The idea and the 
first realisation are already two years old (see this blog post 
<https://static.geotribu.fr/articles/2021/2021-01-19_pyqgis_utiliser_icones_integrees/> 
and this one 
<https://static.geotribu.fr/articles/2021/2021-02-02_pyqgis_previsualiser_images_integrees/>) 
but it was entirely manual and therefore not up to date at all.

Recently, I worked on complete automation using GitHub Workflow: 
scheduled to run monthly, it parses the QGIS resources file 
<https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/images/images.qrc> and rebuild 
and publish the website.

Hope it can help some plugins developers!
