[QGIS-Developer] No module named 'qgslayoutchecker' using "qgis/qgis:latest"

Hi Paolo,
Yes, we do have the same problems with testing in QGIS-Documentation
repository, for everything related to master branch (
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/actions/workflows/doctest.yml?query=branch%3Amaster).
3.28 is fine.
