[QGIS-Developer] Structured list of QGIS versions with flags?

Hi Julien,
not sure if this is the real source of truth, but the git history of this
file seems pretty structured :
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/blob/master/source/schedule.py

OIherwise git tags of main repo may do the trick.
