[QGIS-Developer] pycharm remote debug plugin stuck? + fix

FYI

Wanted to ask a question here about I not being able to debug python plugins anymore with newest PyCharm Professional: QGIS was stuck and no connection to debug server.

But then I found:

and using the fix from:

I could debug again :-)
