[QGIS-Developer] Qt6 builds and plugins -- ready for testing!

Hi,

Great news!

I imagine there is still packaging work to be done. Anyway, I'm ok to
release a Qt6 preview release (and clearly advertising it, on the
download page and in the splashscreen at least).
