[QGIS-Developer] Road Ahead Table is Confusing

I find the Road Ahead Table confusing.

So does the line

LR/PR

3.36.0

3.34.4

2024-02-23

indicate that 3.34.4 is the latest LTR release available.  Where is it?  I only see 3.34.3 available for download.
