[QGIS-Developer] Finishing Visual Changelog for export to site

Hi,

Moved changelog to site:

https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog336/index.html

Do we want the Backports in it?
I already removed all the lines:
"This feature was developed by `qgis-bot <https://github.com/qgis-bot>`__"

But now it is, without context or images, very raw.

Same question about the 'Feature: Revert “Restore default metadata from DB”'-like items.

If we need more time to add stuff, let me know.
