[QGIS-Developer] 3d terrain export is broken

Howdy,

Exporting a terrain (and extruded buildings) in glTF format using native 3D
handling of QGIS results in a broken 3D model (both manual and using python
API) :

(said model after loading it in MeshLab for visualisation)
