Hi Calvin,
This comes up every so often in the PostGIS venues. It's just a guess of the antivirus, based on, ahem, "vibes" (heuristics). If you want, you can upload it to https://www.virustotal.com or https://virusscan.jotti.org. My guess is that of them will say that the file is clean, and many of the others will be related, like Avast and AVG.
