[QGIS-Developer] reopen pull request, chat group

Hi Moritz,

I'm not a QGIS developer, but I keep seeing this happen in other projects. Contributors are just told to file a new PR, so don't worry about it.

As for the chat, there's a Matrix room, but it's more user-oriented and not very active. At least some of the developers might hang in there, though.
