[QGIS-Developer] QGIS : allowing more ressources to QGIS ( CPU, RAM et GPU)

Hello,

I am working with a lot of data ( 75 Go), but my qgis only use 6 % and 14 % of my RAM and my CPU.

I would like to allow more ressource to qgis, how can i do it ?
