[QGIS-Developer] issues.qgis.org down -- is this intentional?

Hi All,

Just to report that the server issues.qgis.org is down again.

I've been attempting to see some screenshots linked in these GitHub tickets
to check if I can solve them:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/26736
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/29881

Should I reopen this ticket in QGIS-Website?
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/issues/443

In general, regarding screenshots, it would be nice if they could be
automatically posted from the https://issues.qgis.org/attachments/download/
URL to the corresponding tickets, so that we can avoid the need for
issues.qgis.org. Not sure if that applies for other files as well due to
potential large file sizes, but for screenshots it seems to be valid.

Regards,

Germán
