[QGIS-Developer] Formal (TECHNICAL) approval voting for 2025 grant QEPs

Hi list,

While the below QEPs have already been discussed and accepted as 2025
grants, they haven't yet had a "formal" technical vote.

In order to avoid any ambiguity, can we get some formal +1s on these
QEPs so that we can mark them as approved in the repository?
