[QGIS-Developer] issues.qgis.org down -- is this intentional?

Hi list,

While looking over some old bug reports (eg
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/18917) I'm unable to download the
projects + images from the ticket, as they link to issues.qgis.org,
which just results in an "internal error" page.

Was issues.qgis.org intentionally shut down? Or is this something
which can be fixed?
