Hi Gerald.
Thank you for the feedback. The issue that you mentioned is probably
related to the plugin size (should be <20Mb).
A similar issue has also been reported earlier (
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Django/issues/513), and I think it is time to
implement a proper check on the website to be explicit about it. I have
created an issue for it at
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Plugins-Website/issues/67.
