[QGIS-Developer] test.qgis.org (reports and perfs) is broken

Hello,

Working on a comparison between QGIS Server and GeoServer on both 
standard compliance and performances, I wanted to see the latest reports 
on test.qgis.org but my web browser tells me there is a certificate 
error. If I ignore it, I've a 404.

Tested URLs (mainly listed here 
https://qgis.org/resources/reports/#ogc-certification):
